Mtn City Mall Klerksdorp

I have been in this MTN on 2 occasions - I am not referring to the store in the middle the franchise store I am referring to the one at the end near Virgin Active. On both occasions I was very disappointed. Most recently Friday 17-11-2017 I had to return a phone incorrectly supplied by Rewardsco to obtain a return number. Eventually I was told they cannot help me, the service was poor. I was taken across by one person to a lady who was busy with someone else. I waited for my turn and the next thing she was helping someone else when I objected theyjust said they cannot help me. I waited >15 mins to be helped, & then they could not help me. this happened about a year ago. I will have to now sort this problem out in Welkom Poor Show
