MTN Store - Glenwood

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mohamed on Sunday. He went above and beyond to source the phones I was looking for, as my daughter & I were both doing upgrades. He was absolutely amazing. He said he would phone me if he could get the phones,,,, and I thought Ja, like that's going to happen.....BUT he phoned me as soon as the other store opened,and arranged to get the 4 phones collected. He then let me know within an hour, to come and do the upgrades, that the phones would be there when I got there. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SERVICE..

The Area Manager of this store is very disrespectful. I went there seeking for help and all he could tell me was that “ I am the Area Manager, and I’m telling you that it won’t happen” .. I’m very angry and disappointed. He couldn’t even offer alternative options but instead told me to move to a different network if I’m unhappy… now is that good customer service and loyalty to the company?

Got outstanding service from MTN when I was looking for my charger and cover for my phone

Small little shop but staff are helpful and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a while but with the Covid pandemic it is to be expected

Staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers. Pathetic service.

Went to ask advice did not seem interested on what I was asking them. He decided to answer a call while dealing with me. I eventually just walked out.

Mahomed and the staff are extra friendly.
