1 star is still too much. Horrible experience. Went in to do an electrical purchase for my db board post a check up by qualified electrician and a guy named ebrahimnot sure if hs managment or the owners relative was a male chauvinist although he was not very learned. He dragged himself after being called 5 times behaved as if assisting was a favour.got what i needed but would not repurchase from here again. They require people skills. Floor staff are a mixed batch.some items are cheap some items are a rip off so beware. Would rather purchase from a chain store that has equality wrt to service ___________________________________________ Good day Refer below. Your "investigation"/rather defensive response seems to be missing some adequate details. I didnt ask/demand for 3 different sales personnel to assist me . 3 different sales personnel served me because of what seems like multiple job descriptions which is instability for a client.each of them left to attend to another job either checking or receiving /going into the back or attending to other matters not related to us. Secondly it was not by demand but rather lack of knowledge that more than 1 member of your staff had to be consulted. This rules out an expectation of us wanting your staff to abandon others in favour of us. Your staff member on his own mentioned that he does electrical work after hours. He mentioned this based on his own free will upon hearing this we simply queried. Based on comparitive pricing and research consumers are free to take multiple items and see that my point is valid and some items highly priced. Unfortunately ive already used the items but rest assured that it will not be a repeat purchase This response diverts from the fact that your upper management was a male chauvinist. Demeanour was very clear .Find a solution instead of a defense If you indeed pride yourself in good service perhaps an HR course that stops treating female clients like that of the 1960's I have nothing further to say on this. Thank you
