Went to your branch in Commercial Road this morning to check prices for a tv, as ours is an older model and the tube has given up. So disappointed as there was no one to serve me. No one bothered to approach me and asked me if if I required any service. I have seen much better service in other stores such as Games and House and Home. I wanted to buy a tv from that branch as it is very convenient for me from our taxi rank. Now after the way I saw no service there, will not do so. Thank you very much. I always thought Govan Mani welcomes their customers with a smile. Turns out I was wrong after all.

I jve been there for sevaral days but what i notice is warm welcome from the manager ..The shop is extra smart..chairs to sit if u can't stand.. and the lady who saved me in all those days is an ever smiling lady..and she got a lovely customer care....keep on the good work @Govan mani

This store has a variety of electronic products - more on the hardware type. Govan Mani's prices are very competetitive and affordable. Recently, after encountering various other stores Incredinle Connection, Mitabyte, Matrix, Makro etc I purchased the required top grade SSD Drive at a lower and most affordable price - further with a discount ! The cherry on the top: the owner's son actually willingly installed the device into my laptop computer at no extra cost - was not his responsibility to do so ! Mr Bablu has also offered to assist me further electronically. I believe their chain of customers keeps growing. Well, with their high quality electronic products and their written guarantees and warranties which they honour graciously obviously would-be customers will be encouraged to visit them and leave their store very satisfied ! The staff is very pleasant and helpful to engage with. In the past, at their Gateway branch I satisfyingly purchased electronic cables for my tv and laptop computer ; a 40" SONY TV and a SONY Home Theatre System. A very happy customer !
