MTN Store

The only good service I received from this store were when 2 years ago but unfortunately the lady left.This new staff is incompetent and nit helpfull. Have you ever tried to get hold of them on the stores handset? Don’t even bother it is a fruitless effort. The lady upgrade my wifi to a deal I did not request so I am stuck with it for the next 2 years. I asked for a copy of my billing account and were promised they will do it the net day due to load shedding nothing happens and on request why she deny that I ever asked. She promised she will do it immediate a week laterstill nithing. I did one call to Mtn Welkom and were assist immediately by a friendly and helpfull lady and received the billing in 10 minutes by email. I believe the two stores are iwend by the same person why is this that the service in Kroonstad are so poor? Not a store I will recommend to anybody rather go to Welkom or any other store. I am a client from Mtn since the very beginning and this is the first time I experience such poor service

We have a phone contract and sim contract which is about R400 a month. They took R1800 and refused for 2 weeks to give it back saying it's credit... We didn't have food or anything... Got it back though but still, can't just assume we are poeple with that ammount of money to just give.

Please update your store detailes Contact nr's. The lady at the store gave me a sell nr and I needed to phone her today, but that was also the wrong nr, it ses that they they doesn't want customers to have the the correct contact details.

I got to MTN store requesting to be assisted To my surprise the lady didn't even bother to assist me Did not even ask for my ID to confirm my details n see if possible to assist me She sended me straight to North West were I signed my contract to be assisted dr I'm in Free State Kroonstad at the moment n I should drive 3 hours to be assisted
