Staff are absolutely amazing. They make me feel welcome, they are never in a hurry, they take time to listen.
I dealt with Elaine Pretorius at Vodacom, Welkom Square She was fantastic. I was in Cape Town and needed assistance to help my mom renew her contract. Elaine sorted out all the paperwork seamlessly, gave great service and comfort in the process. She even ensured all data was transferred to the new phone. All done remotely, all done efficiently. My mom merely had to go an collect the new device. Very appreciative of the great customer service received. Well Done Elaine and Vodacom.
I would like to thank Me Anne for going that extra mile and unblocking my account. If we had been given the correct information from a gentleman in the store none of this would have happened. Me Anne thank you.

What a joke. Standing outside one lady say she will be with me in a moment. She went back in got her stuff and went on lunch. Like really two sales person standing at the back at one desk and talking to each other. After 5min a lady with the name Melissa I think not sure what's her name was the only one that helped me. Why must two employees go on lunch the same time? You guys weren't even busy
The customer service was exceptional and the staff are friendly and helpful ... They managed to complete the queue promptly

Branch semi helpful with sales. Staff unfriendly. The Tech guy very rude and insulting attitude. Manager promised follow up and did not come back at all. Poor customer service. Will not recommend this branch. Big question mark on Vodacom!
