I ordered a double electric breast pump from this website. The process was so quick an easy. I got the pump delivered in about a week or so due to being in an oulaying area. When the delivery was delayed, I was reassured by this nice lady I think her name was Renee sorry if I spelled this wrong. She followed up with me until I got the pump. Beautiful customer service. Quick responses and good quality product. Usually pumping hurts, but this pump produces good output without the pain. Highly recommend!! : I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Terrible experience I wouldn't advise anyone else to share in. Bought the Belecoo Baby Crib, advertised as standard size. It's not.. The instructions are in Chinese although it is easy enough to follow through pictures. Their return policy and after sale customer service though is terrible! The "included mattress" is padding that you definitely cannot put a baby on so when I had to buy what is a standard mattress it was too big for their "Standard" crib. Rather go to Baby City or Babies R Us or any other retailer with a reputable background. Resellers are the worst!

Dissappointed and Dissatisfied I purchased the hands free electric breast pump for convenience due to low milk supply. The pump suction was very weak and did not extract any milk and I had to revert to using my existing pump. The personnel tried to help with showing me how to properly assemble the item this was not the issue though. The suction was very weak. No returns on this product, no exchange or replacement for the pump mechanism offered. Now I have a breastpump with no use.
