N 12 Fuel City, Mpumalanga

Lady working the till insisted my charge was not going through even though it said approved, charged me again, and now Ive been charged twice. Called out the scam at the time but the staff were insistent. Can a manager please contact me to correct this?

Clean, great variety of snacks and food during travelling, the ladies toilets are cleaned and serviced.

Petrol attendants are always friendly and helpful . Staff in side greeting everyone with a smile

SCAM ALERT: The convenience store will charge your card twice. Avoid this petrol station at al cost.

Bathrooms are horrendous to say the least. We received no service from Steers, were completely ignored. Then went on to buy water and snacks only to be told, after waiting in the queue, that they only accept cash. Magazine shelf empty overall stock low. Staff unfriendly. Car guard was very arrogant and annoying. The exit road to the highway is a glorified dirt road. This place is turning into a dilapidated truck stop. We are so disappointed in the state of these facilities as we used to stop here frequently in the past. We will definitely not stop there again and will not recommend that anyone else waste their time stopping there either.

The lady at the till tonight big lady, round scowly face was rude and awful!!! I forgot my mask in the car and she was abusive! Someone needs to teach her about customer service. All the ladies inside stand around staring miserably at customers who walk in. Very unhappy staff! I left my stuff and walked out. The petrol attendant was great and got a R50 tip from me. 19h38, Saturday, 11th June 2022.

Good and fast attendants, constant police presence and a good place to rest while on a long journey along the N12 route... slept here a couple of times in the last 14 months while doing my rounds in the area, never had any issues whatsoever on the North bound

Perfect stop for a quick rest before completing the journey from Gauteng Province to Mpumalanga on the N12, a true favorite. If we do not stop at the opposite end on our way, then we always make this stop on our way back.

We have just stopped at this petroport and I'm disgusted! 5 stalls in the ladies bathroom are blocked off with red and white tape . Obviously some work is being done. There are 4 remaining toilets and they were absolutely filthy with water or possibly urine all over the floor.3 ladies ahead of me were not wearing masks so no Covid protocols being enforced. On the way out I bought a Jive icecream and a Magnum Mint and received R4-00 change from a R100-00. I queried this and the cashier looked at me with absolute irritation before his colleague pointed out that he had short paid me by R50-00. Really disgusted!!

Please fix the exit! Road is terrible to get back on the highway. On a positive side... toilets were clean and staff was friendly. Update: the Exit to get back on the N12 highway was fixed.
