They poured petrol and not diesel. They acknowledged their mistake and fixed the situation partly. They didn't refund me in full.

Horrible Garage! The store is almost empty with little to no stock! They also only accepts cards!

Horrible! 4th time stopping at this garage, and each time I enter the Bonjour shop I am reminded what bad service looks like, NO service at the hot foods department, no pricing on ready made food! But when I took ready made food which was not priced, walked to cashier, I got told that they do not handle payment for hot food section! AGAIN! If someone helped me at hotfood section, of which no one was at the till, I wouldve paid and left. Instead, I put the food back and left! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE REPEATED SERVICE!

Poppie the cashier provides terrible service! She shouts at customers. I have been trying to contact the owner or the manager and I constantly get cut off. I have used this petrol station for the past ten years. I will not put my foot there again. The cashiers are so rude, they had my children in tears.

I repeatedly get bad service at the pumps my average waiting time is 10min before I get help. The amount of people leaving the station from not being helped is about 2 in every 5 cars .

Serviced by Julia at the pumps earlier tonight what a great service by a lady then went inside for a drink and serviced by Poppy what a warm welcome and serviced with a smile so happy and will definitely call again. Both these ladies deserve a good motivation. Keep it up girls for me you’re the face of Total Route N4 !!

The guyspetrol attendants at this garage have always been very kind, helpful and efficient. Thanks for the great service guys.

No service at 06h48 21 December 2019. 2 Petrol attendance inside outlet and 2 on drive way. Absolutely bad slow no service.
