I complained about service I received from Welkom Outlet and one of the Managers from that Branch contacted me pretending to resolve my Complaint till today I am still waiting for him as he promised that he is going to investigate and He will come back to me. Here is my story I ordered a Meal of Quarter Chicken and they gave me Quarter Leg I then asked waiter to change it to Breast, at first it was funny - she said "Just say you want bigger piece " I thought she is just joking. She came back with a small piece of Breast it was very small I then complained to her that that piece is too small now and I want a refund, she then said she will get another piece for me, after few minutes she came back and they told me that Outlet Manager said they only have small pieces if I am not happy with that piece they can give me a refund. Honestly speaking I always spend my fridays at this outlet, it was my first time to get that kind of service and I will go back once again as that store is refreshing. I am not happy at all, main issue started when i asked them to change Leg to Breast I am not happy at all about getting that Small Piece of meat!!!!!
Horrible experience. I should have trusted my guy and not going to this outlet. The soup was cold. The chicken was bloody and cold. Had to send that back. There was no apology from the manager who was seated right next to us drinking warm tea while we had to negotiate our way to warm food with an overworked and uninterested waiter. Lats time, I'll go here. Interior also sucks it is too overwhelming and overdone. It gave me anxiety, and it felt like you were sitting in a chicken coop.
Nandos is always nice. But today I made a mistake of ordering a cuppaccino, it was very bitter, very little milk, and half a cup. I paid for a cupful but received half I feel cheated, when I asked my waitress she said it's the machine and that's just not good enough considering that my money was not half. When I looked at the Cups next to the staff meals, they were full. But not for me as a customer. Don't make a mistake of buying coffee or cuppaccino at nandos, ull be sady disappointed
Nando's is one of my favourite fast food restaurants. Why ? Their food is served in a way that creates a sense of a home meal. Full of flavour, colour and that extra spice ! Their Menu options are inviting. Have you tried the Boujee Bowl ? If not, go ahead you'll love it. Nando's, thank you for your consistency in service and meals Food: 5/5
Food was terrible, burger was cold and small, unlike burgers of the past, had to send it back for warming Service was ok, not fast as otherwise iv been to. The table I was sitting on had the drive through next door, felt like everyone in the drive through was watching us wat
It's always pleasant to eat at Nando's Welkom. We ordered the churros for desert and as usual they where amazing, but the new chocolate sauce it came with was mouth watering good. Please tell me you are going to keep it and get rid of the previous choclate dip
I love the ambiance.The restaurant is big and staff is very friendly, I sat here for almost the whole day working and the manager didn't have a problem with me. I bought a boujee bowl but I wasn't very impressed, it was blend and dry. I had better boujee bowls before. They can improve on that. On the lighter note I have enjoyed their malva pudding.
Food delivered shows no effort was put into making it, let alone taking consideration of the notes provided. Meat looks like someone took a bite of it and put it back inside, no mild sauce as per request. Its the second time now that I am disappointed with orders I received.
A lovely Nando's experience. Sit-in. Pleasant staff and did not wait long for food. Very attentive. Decor inside matches standard of overseas branches.
Very fast service. I couldn't believe how fast we were served. The food was nice, had to order extra chicken for take-away. Vegetarian options: Caters for every one. Vegan options available also very clearly stated. Kid-friendliness: Kod friendly. My kids fairly enjoyed though bo play area Parking: Lots of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly, won't have to worry and make extra effort. Dietary restrictions: Very diet friendly.
