I've eaten at many of the franchise stores and was disappointed overall with Nandos Chatsworth Centre. Food arrived late and cold and service was far from satisfactory. May give them another chance at retribution but in general, with so many other Portuguese Chicken places around, I'd say this store will lose a lot of patronsFood: 4/5
29 June 2023 . I bought a hot pot with casa pap for delivery from nandos chatsworth centre in durban. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pulled chicken tastes old, there was so less relish and chicken while the pap was over flowing, the relish lacked tomato relish as mentioned on the description and seemed under cooked and the entire meal lacked the hot sauce I choose. This meal was horrible. The meal has left a sour taste in my mouth literally. Area managers should monitor these stores and the quality of food given. This is atrocious. Make it make sense.
Ordered via Uber. Requested no cheese. Food arrived ice cold.....with cheese. People need to read customers requests. Probably somebody else's meal. Second time this has happened. Nandos service definitely going down. Off my list now.
Was not good at all, don't waste your time going to this store. Rather go to Pedro's or drive to Malvern. Firstly tried to order via the call center, they took the order but did not put it through to the branch. Then get there and wait in a line to place an order. The order took almost 1 hour. Lots of people waiting and complaining in the store. Eventually got the veg boujee bowl which was cold. After placing the order at Nandos and went down to McDonald's, got our order, came back to Nandos, ate our McDonald's while waiting for the Nandos order. The order was ready to collect after finish eating McDonald's. Don't waste your time and money here.
Ordered this evening. The wife didn't select the portions. We got both legs. Seems like if u don't ask for breast, they will just give u legs. Was so disappointingly small, u should rather not serve it. Was still hungry after eating. Please have a half price special with those lousy tiny legs. Maybe someone will be happy with it. And please add 2 salad dressings with the salad, as one does absolutely nothing.

Standard of food has dropped over the years
Chicken was dry with very little sauce. Garlic rolls were all burnt. Chips was uncooked and oily. Also the Coke I ordered was not delivered. Driver had to go back to get it.
They want to charge extra for a roll that comes with the meal, other stores don't.
