Been here a couple of times, no disappointment, just get here to dine that appetizing meal/a, great for single persons meal, couple or family and meals to be enjoyed. They have spacious place and tables, most of the time it is busy though since they're located in CBD. Service is always good and excellent regardless of busy atmosphere.Food: 5/5
I came here today around 9:32 am bought my meal and I continue with whatever I wanted to do ,around 12:19 pm I asked one of your staff for pure water and she did not return to me,instead she is busy passing by my table I am so not happy at all .

When I order I need the cans no sugar but your staff someone said nothing but I see manager being rude and tell change other order . I am unhappy about it I need the cans no sugar cos I have a diabetes.
Absolutely poor! From the nandos call center to this branch. Food ordered via the app was supposed to be delivered in 40 mins but took 2 hours. After eventually getting the store to call me, a cashier said the manager would call me back. Never received his call. I think he's scared to face me as his mismanagement is petrifying.
This is a biggest I've been to, no seat shortages and very clean. The food was really good
Place is clean the service is very fast even though there was this cashier who ask another customer to wear a face mask properly yet their masks do not cover their nose like most mask do, but other than that I loved the place, definetely going back.
I had to wait 45+ minutes for an order that was suppose to be picked up at 9:30 . It was handed to me at 10:15 .i arrived late to pick up . Poor poor customer serviceFood: 4/5
