inconsistence ISP and horrible tech support. calling their help desk on weekends is impossible. they always claim they have a problem with a tower near you so bear with them for the terrible internet connection. when their internet is terrible instead of accepting it they will tell you to test the speed with a speedtest that runs on servers in botswana speedtest.ncbw.co.bw, tell me what good is internet with okay speed in botswana servers but unusable speeds to servers abroad, i dont think any motswana uses the internet to browse botswana hosted sites that often. yet when their internet is decent they will test its speeds with speedtests which run on abroad servers such as fast.com, speedtest.net
Absolutely would not recommend. This is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The internet is continuously disconnecting, and the staff are never helpful. Internet will be down for 2 - 3 days at a time, and you can not get a hold of anyone to help address the issue. When you do manage to finally speak to someone, they either have excuses about why they can't help at the moment or give you an empty promise that they are dealing with the issue and it will be resolved in an hour. Just a continuously frustrating experience.
Good Internet provider and also provide Photo Copiers equipment for offices and business.
The best internet provider. Prompt and communicates whenever there are faults. And quickly restores the internet.
