Whilst NAT INDUSTRIES has been operating since 2007, our senior management has been specialising in Payroll Administration and Payroll Financing since 1991, giving us 26 years of invaluable experience. We have contributed to legislation on a positive level which helped us make a reliable mark in our industry.
We pride ourselves on a well-run administration while maintaining our unique flexibility to the needs of both our clients and employees. This flexibility and our vast experience has helped us grow into the industry experts we are today.

COMPANY OPERATING STRATEGY
1. To create a good working atmosphere by mentoring employees on a regular basis ( punctuality, attendance, productivity and conduct ).
2. To foster a good working relationship between us ( NAT INDUSTRIES ) employee and management ( client ).
3. To be accurate and timeous in terms of employee wages and to rectify errors within hours.
4. To prevent disputes that may affect productivity by being proactive and conciliatory (which can help to prevent CCMA and Arbitration matters ).
PRESENT CONDITIONS
Most of our business is conducted in Kwa Zulu Natal within the Paper, Sugar Mill and Petro - Chemical Industries. We have, after a few years decided to re-open our Jhb office to take our progressively excellent service to the Highveld.
WORKFORCE
Currently we have an extensive database of people (in all fields from Management to Unskilled). We have in our employ approximately 800 contract and semi-permanent staff.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
We are financially sound and support payrolls in excess of R 20 million / month.
