We have had a nightmare sequence of moves in recent months and Mini Max has been brilliant, all the way. Debbie was a delight to liaise with re quotes, bookings etc, often at short notice. Fanie, Dave and their teams are just great. Nothing too much trouble. Importantly, the cost was really, really competitive. Very, very happy customer here.
I think if I could give Charmaine, Zoltan, and Cathy and their team of merry men 10 stars I would! Mini Max removals were phenomenal with their service- they assisted with very professional wrapping of all my furniture and pictures/paintings and mirrors, starting 2 days before moving day. We had a hiccup with the truck we had privately arranged and after an appeal to Mini Max removals, they came to the rescue within hours on moving day with another truck . All loaded very professionally. Charmaine went above and beyond to help us, We can’t sing their praises enough- they helped us deal with a very stressful situation with calm and ease. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again. Well done MMR! *****

You were friendly and helpful during this long period. However, i was very disappointed on the day of my move. I arranged with you well in advance before the day i wanted to move of a date and time which was the 29 April 2022 for the 14:00 move as i was staying in Pretoria and did not want to travel through too early or too late. Much to my disappointment as i arrived at your storage premises in Benoni i was told that they did not know about the booking. When i phoned your office i was told that they were still busy with the morning move as this PERSON DID NOT DECLARE all the furniture! I am 70 years old. I had to travel to my new property in Brakpan with my belongings in my car as well as a small aged dog to wait for the move to arrive. I could not very well travel back to Pretoria and wait there. After numerous calls to your offices I waited until 18:00 that evening! It was already pitch dark end of April and still winter time. My Samsung fridge/freezer was damaged during the off loading. I was only insured for the storage so i could not claim for damages in transit. I feel that this COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF MY MOVE WAS DONE ON TIME. It was already so late and dark and the guys were probably very tired. Which wad supposed to be a very exciting experience to move into my new place which i have waited for so long became a very traumatic event.
I will recommend Mini Max Movers any day. They moved us - a big house and cottage - at the end of March 2021. Fanie was just amazing and all the guys loading and off loading our furniture did so with care and professionalism. They made our move so much more bearable. Thank you very much. I am very pleased with the service we have received from Lukas and his team. All our furniture was handled with care. I also have to thank Debra as we had to make alternative arrangements as the complex we moved to doesn't allow trucks and she was able to make alternative arrangements to accommodate us. I highly recommend Minimax Removals to anyone. 5 Stars!
They are very fast, professional and helpful. I will recommend them to anybody who needs to move. Their storage is reasonably priced and very safe. I have been with these people for 15years. I am very happy.
Vinnige Fanie and his crew was superb. on-time on the day. quick load and secure packing. quick offload and a thank you, and they were gone. left us with a surprise. bottle champagne on the counter. I can recommend Mini Max removals to anyone that needs a stress free move, " if there is such a thing" Well Done Fanie, well Done Mini Max removals.
