Started visiting wit a serious knee problem in November 2022 wit their help I was able to run Comrades Marathon on the 11 June 2023. The pre and post treatment I received was superb. Their loving staff who always wear the smile on their faces. Thank u so much guys u r such a good team
Janine is THE best. I’ve had a few Sports Massages and no one comes close to Janine. A very calm, caring and focused environment. I always leave feeling restored and healed. Highly recommend.
Janine, Thea & Noma all run a lovely practice and are so willing to help. I’ve had a great massage with Janine, and have used hyperbaric to try to speed up post surgery recovery. Would highly recommend!
I have been for many sports massages and to many physio sessions in the past for relief from muscle spasms, but there is no one quite like Janine. Grateful to have found her. I can highly recommend Janine!
Janine is amazing she really relieves muscle spasms and is always happy to accommodate, Tia is so friendly at the front and very helpful especially with the oxygen chamber my daughter is so comfortable to stay while I do my shopping at cascades
Felt really comfortable with Janine off the bat. So professional and friendly. She has helped enormously with the terrible pain that came with my sciatica, in such a short space of time too. Would highly recommend!
I had the best Lymphatic drainage. The masseuse was friendly and acquainted all my questions were answered with a smile. I will definitely come back. I was expecting a headache as I suffer from migraines guess what I didn't get the headache.

Best sports massage ever. Always feel like new afterwards. Janine also sorts out hubby's Achilles problem and gets him ready for the squash court.
No matter what I go for - help with my migraines, to try out the Hyperbaric Chamber or help with a pulled tendon I have always received help in a professional manner that seems to do exactly what it needs to. Highly recommend!
