Nedbank Hillcrest

Since the revamp, customer service has dropped. Only 2 tellers, but you will be lucky if both are operating. No seating arrangements for those using the tellers . So be prepared to stand for a while. The old system before the revamp worked better

Minus 10 stars. A Nedbank "Foreign Exchange" branch that couldn't tell me the Aud $ exchange rate with the ZAR. REALLY?? Walked out after having waited 35 minutes to see the "specialist" who was as useful as a boat anchor. Avoid this incompetent mob at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. More staff than clients in the bank and yet going on to waiting for an hour to get bank statements which I couldn't get from ATM because my bank manager still hasn't completed assisting me with migrating from token. No customer service WHATSOEVER! Unbelievable.

It took 40 minutes to see a consultant to change a postal address for a pensioner!!!! 40 minutes. This does not include the 5 min wait outside

Totally disappointed with the service provided by the person who handles the forex transactions. Being from the US I needed to convert $1k and for some reason she tells me that there is an investigation of the transaction, so I wait. I have in the past gone to other forex establishments and have had no issues or delays. I went to this one because it was the closest. Driving to the Pavilion took less time getting the transaction done even though Nedbank is only 400 meters from where I am staying.

Have been waiting for a response from one of the bankers for 4 working days now. No response via email and number given says it is " unavailable". Unacceptable service delivery from Hillcrest Nedbank. Doesnt even deserve the 1 star rating given.

Total mix up with card collection - I had to phone to follow up with them twice a day until I was able to collect my bank card to an account I opened online over 2 weeks beforehand. SLOW in branch service

Nedbank in Hillcrest has bad service there’s an Indian lady by the surname Naidoo that I’ll-treated us today, she chased us out of the line and said we must wait outside she will help us we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes now. Poor service I’m disappointed nx
