Even as a proud Nedbank user, I would rather go to ABSA next door for much better service.
absolutely horrible service. I went in to close my account last month; only to find out they didn't even close my account and now I've been put in the negative with a service fee.

I give this branch a zero rating. The service is absolutely despicable. The staff is dragging. I suggest a more energetic approach, mainly through management.

By far the worst branch I've ever been to. Nedbank if you do read the reviews PLEASE sort this out. Long lines, No one at desks, just not organized at all.
Service is and efficiency, almost non exciting. One Have to wait an Hour + to get assistance. This is most probably the worst branch i have ever walked into. Considering to close my account with Nedbank.
Pathetic service. Arrived at the bank at 2.30. The security guard would not let us in because the lady issueing tickets was not at her desk. We had to wait for an employee leaving the bank to go and call her. The tickets did not register on the screen and we had to ask for someone to assist. The lady behind the counter was quite irritated and not in a mood to help. Where are the big bosses and what are they doing to this bad service?
The security staff are all rude, the rules of this bank compared to other banks in the area are way off and cause inconvenience, there is no way of knowing which queue to stand in outside whether it is for the ATM or to enter the bank and as stated before the security is so rude it doesn't help asking them... Glad I left this bank because banking with them is another head ache.
