Nedbank Lakeview Campus, Constantia Kloof

Wow, definitely one of the best DHA services I’ve ever experienced. The staff was so friendly and I received my document in exactly 2 weeks. No long queues whatsoever. I was literally out in less than 20 minutes for applying and collecting!

What an absolute nightmare. Arrive at 12.50 for a 1pm appointment for a first time ID. Full in a register and get told to wait in the waiting room. 1 hour later I got up and asked how long we are expected to wait and where are we in the queue, the woman says to me, just wait and be patient you can always go to home affairs. At this rate, madam, home affairs would no doubt have been quicker! Rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Needless to say we are now 1 hour 15 into our waiting and still WAITING!!!

Never did I ever think I would say my outing to the home affairs was so pleasant and stress free… what the heck !! This department is a gem of a place and Thandi you are a ray of sunshine, made us all smile and indulged my son with his jokes. You truly are an asset and thank you for making what could have been a nightmare of a day into a carefree happy experience ! Don’t change a thing you have a winning recipe at this department.

I did my ID two months back and passport last week and I am very impressed with their service, it doesn't take long for those documents to come back, as I am still waiting for my passport I know it won't take long too. Thank you so much for the great service..

The home affairs offices are the best... I don't think you will find anywhere better, the staff is friendly and they really assist you.... Thank you to the people who work here...

Don’t. They don’t answer phone called and if they do they drop u after u are requesting the information.

Terrible service, dont answer phones, dont care about the customer. Talk to you as if they doing you a big favor and still dont do what you ask them to.
