Nedbank Protea Glen

Bad treatment today at around 13:15 by a lady who never had her name tag on. ATMs where not taking cash deposits for more than an hour after electricity came back due to load shedding. I asked her about the problem and she said to me I should keep on trying on all three available ATMs without asking me if I did try them of which I tried them. Her response to me was that she is not a technical therefore I shouldn't ask her such a question. I asked the manager her name and she said she is Mamiky and I was surprised since the manager never bothered why she is not having her name tag on. I entered inside the bank and one person at information by the name of Mthombeni also responded to me in a rude way. I requested the phone that customers use to in order to call home loans department and without any explanation he just said "use your phone" This branch has members with bad attitude and usually I just let it go but this time I felt that such behaviours warrants intervention from customer relations department. I was at Nedbank on the 22/12/22 at 11:30am to 14:30pm. The service I got was severely bad. At some points the security had to even ask the nedbank staff to assist me because I was also looking after my trolley with grocery outside. The lady who assisted me first, was on a call with this other shop owner as she was asking about this dress she wanted to buy whether it was on stock, while she was assisting me.

As a first time Nedbank customer i was very happy about the service I received from the lady named Radebe.

Staff members not enthusiastic about Customer satisfaction. I was the first client as of 9:15. 20 minutes later I still have not been assisted. I have no appetite for such service. The Branch was not that busy. Why do we ask for jobs then not perform our KPI's... Very SAD

Poor services they really lack professionalism
