My mother did find some of her harder to find supplies. But a problem from our side that was handled terribly disrespectfully despite our best and fast efforts to correct it, really ruined the whole experience. I hope that the person we dealt with sees this and makes some positive adjustments to improve customer experience and by extension, customer retension. I shan't be back, despite the fact that it fills a true need in the area
This was a very bad experience for my mother who was trying the get cotton from this business. She got the run around about the parcel being send with a different story each time she contacted the owner. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
