Wonderful team. Dr Andre and Dr Ivan are both incredibly compassionate and always take the time to explain and discuss matters. Tracey and the ladies in the shop are very welcoming and knowledgeable which is a great help in stressful moments. I know my furbabies are in the best hands!
The receptionist was so friendly the VET was so understanding of my limited funds and went out of his way to help my Puppy. I give it 5 stars would've given more if allowed

The shop in particular is well stocked and well priced, but the accolade goes to the staff - they REALLY know their products and care almost as much about your pets as you do.
I've visited multiple veterinarians in Nelspruit yet after a few visits here I doubt I would use any other again. Their expertise is exceptional and I was especially surprised at how much more affordable their accommodation and recovery was for my dogs. The lady responsible for their pet shop's store front also has my highest praise, expending significant effort on multiple occasions to ensure I was correctly informed if I would've queried about a product or aspect.
I have been with Central Vet for nearly 40 Years! I have seen Staff, come and go, and they have always maintained Professionalism and their love for Animals, goes without saying! Thank you, Clive and André.
Not only are they professional and friendly but they also genuinely care for your pets. I know my animals are in good hands with Nelspruit Animal Hospital. Thank you all for your dedication and empathy.
Nelspruit Animal Hospital is well priced, is owned by and employs the most dedicated Veterinary Surgeons, is well situated, has a fabulous Pet Food and Accessory store and I WOULD NOT TAKE MY ANIMALS TO ANYONE ELSE. DR ANDRE BURGER, a partner, for many reasons concerning his care for my beloved animals is my personal hero.
Helped me so well after hours when we had an emergency with our dog and absolute great service!
Vets who care about animals will attend to your pet. They handle animals gently and reassuringly. They're happy to answer your questions and give advice. There's a very good vet shop adjoining the practice.
