I purchased the Ortur Laser master 3 from them and my experience was great. I had some startup issues and they kept in constant contact until the issues were resolved. They never failed in providing excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them. I dealt primarily with Mohammed and had no issues with the level of service provided.

The service I received was out of the books. They are always there to lend a hand and give advice regarding your machine. I purchased my Laser cutter and engraver in the begging of December and received it 3 weeks earlier then expected. Would definitely recommend them.
