Great, patient service from Ivy at the OR Tambo store. What a helpful, lovely person! Five star service. Thank you.

I bought a new pair of headphones from the very helpful staff at OR Thambo Duty free. It had a issue and getting to them would have been tricky so I went to the Domestic side branch. No questions or issue, brand new pair of the shelf. Thank you. I should have listened to the sales lady though, QC35's would have been the better buy over the B&O H9's. Still she didn't argue and still helped in a really professional manner.

Extremely poor customer care service

No 2 pin headphone adaptors ANYWHERE at both capi stores at jhb international. Seriously? Are you kidding me? Oh my god.

Photo Electronics OR Tambo. Poor Service. Only one attendant and continues on casual phonecall leaving me standing totally uninterested. Definitely not interested in business sales or her job. Very disappointing

I bought a power bank there and was very satisfied.
