We brought our to children with fever to the emergency ward. They gave us medicine. I asked when the doctor is going to see us because my children had high fever and I suspects they need antibiotics. They said there is no doctor and gave us antibiotics without the doctor seeing the children and making an analysis. I can't give my children medicine if the doctor did not see them to make a proper diagnoses. How can a hospital not have a doctor?!?! When we asked again if there is a doctor they said no there is no doctor. This is shocking!

I just want to say thank you to the following staff who treated me so well before and during my recovery period after my caesarean. A big thank you to the following staff  SR. Linette du Preez , NURSE .Hester beukes , CAREWORK .Elsa Khatlake ,NURSE . palesa Roberto. who went out of their way to make you feel like family and not just like another patient. Thank you for your good service and help with every step towards recovery.

Exceptional and well taken cared healthcare facility, with their new CareOn system, care is properly provided accompanied by detailed documentation.

Clean. Well organised. Friendly staff. Not like a government hospital. That's for sure. I also see they are using solar panels on their roof. Must also be because of the regular municipal load-shedding in Kroonstad. Used to stay in Kroonstad. Many years ago. One can see how this place is going backwards year by year. Not Netcare Kroon Hospital. They still keep high standards. Good looking uniforms too. Well done.

The hospital is good but kroon hospital pharmacy is bad. I tried to buy masks there the manager of the pharmacy had a huge attetude! I will never buy from that pharmacy again!

Great place as  a patient you can even forget you are in hospital excellent staff well trained!

I will not go to this hospital again, the service I received at the xray section today, its a living proof that some whites will never change their tendencies!! Including management!!

It's very helpful and Save's people's life's along with me
