I recently made an online order from this store branch for a friend in Cape Town, and I must say, the entire experience was fantastic. The team and manager went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly accommodating in adjusting the delivery time and even took the initiative to suggest alternative products when the ones I originally ordered were out of stock. My friend was delighted with the flowers and the accompanying products. The care and attention to detail in the delivery were obvious, making it feel as though my friend had personally collected the order from the store. I am thoroughly impressed and will use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Petal & Post's customer service is the most pleasant, diligent and attentive I've ever dealt with, their flowers are stunning and last for ages. I've made use of their posy subscription service numerous times over the last few years and every engagement with the company just brings such a smile to my face!
Lovely gifts and flowers but this was a birthday present and it arrived at 12. Would have appreciated a time confirming delivery as I had to phone to ask when it was going to be delivered and Jenna was abit defensive regarding the situation. A simple - ‘sorry - we apologise for not communicating re delivery time but rest assured we are working on the app to provide our customers going forward of an eta’. Can’t expect someone to be at home all day.

I received my posy 2 weeks ago and it still looks amazing. One would swear I had just received it. Thank you for the perfect, long lasting blooms. The 2nd pic is day 1 and the 1st day 14. Amazing service to boot.
WOW! I was absolutely blown away with the ease of ordering and the amazing service of Petal&Post! I ordered the double posey bouquet and a gift bundle and they arrived to my friend in just over 2 hours! The note to include with everything was handwritten and SO cute- couldn't have asked for anything to be done better. Thank you, Petal&Post!!! I'll never use another flower delivery service in Cape Town ever again.
