Empty promises and unprofessional! Not to mention extremely expensive! During our initial assessment, we were told that NWI will assist with the necessary documentation, including police clearance. We later found out this is not the case. During a phone conversation, we were told that visa processing times were between 2-3 weeks in Spain. This was completely false and inaccurate given that processing typically takes anywhere between 4-6 months. We were upfront and clear about our circumstances, given flight constraints, urgency to apply etc. We were misled and pressured into making an abrupt payment to secure a "dedicated team" to our case. Only after we had met with our case manager, were we informed of the particulars of our application. They refused to offer a refund because of the disclosure of their proprietary information intellectual Property and the amount of work done by the Case Manager - we had a single Zoom call in which we were given the correct information! And never logged in once on the Online Portal or submitted a single document! What a joke!! The whole process was over before it even began!! They say they are not liable for any changes in regulations, but this is their job! How can two staff members give completely different information just days apart?? Stay far away and do some research/homework yourself about your case and avoid the exorbitant fees/unprofessionalism!
