Jaco du Plessis was our trainer for Level 3 First Aid training. Most informative training day. We all felt a huge sense of responsibility and confidence when we completed it. He knows his stuff and is most passionate about his subject. The practical application of everything with videos and good deep discussion on many topics made it an invigorating 3 days. We also had various levels of staff and everyone was treated respectfully and extra time taken for those who battled with language barriers. We as a team were hugely grateful for the attention to all. Highly recommend NFAA for your first aid training requirements.
Great Level 1 First Aid training presented by Ouma Rose. The course is practical and enjoyable and it is clear that Ouma Rose is very knowledgeable, passionate and has great empathy. A real star!
This was by far the best experience ever. 'Ouma' Rose was our trainer and she made it interesting and with her knowledge everything came so easy. I will definitely recommend and make use of the NFAA again, thank you for the great experience.
The best experience with Ouma she gives relatable description and builds on your visual memory which is a beautiful learning environment and approach . I am definitely referring more people to use their services and coming back to do more courses . Thank you
Ouma Rosie was our trainer. There was not a boring second in the training facility. She is energetic and knowledgeable it was fantastic getting taught by someone that enthusiastic about their job.
Ouma the course instructor is incredible at what she does , she has a wonderful bubbly personal and she makes learning fun and is very interactive with the class. She always has all the answers, By far the best teacher I’ve ever had! NFAA was a great experience making worth the money and more.
We went for First Aid Training level 1 and Mapule Rumo was an exceptional facilitator, the class was interactive and enjoyable. i would recommend NFAA to anyone!
