Had pleasure of having my Weber renovated by Jaco at Noag Weber. Excellent service and job. So happy to see my weber rejuvenated again. Thank you Jaco whom I highly recommend.
Heard good things about their food so thought to give them a try and wow, definitely not disappointed. The atmosphere was relaxed with all the wood decorations making it feel like your in a log cabin, even a wood stove in the corner that would have been great to go past in colder winter. We really enjoyed the food, very juicy and tender chicken snitchel. Place was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Will see you guys again.
The restaurant is amazing!! The lady at the sales counter to purchase wood needs a serious lesson in customer service. First of all she chewed gum with her mouth open and then when we ask for a certain wood size and meters... her response is we only sell those in bundles of whatever. I dont know if we have off cuts... no picking up a phone or two way radio asking someone in the yard to check.. next size of wood.. if we have stock we sell it in whatever sizes... no checking on the PC or asking anybody do we have stock... she was irritated with us and came across very annoyed at our questions..No effort whatsoever to assist us .... just wanted us out of her way.... that is no way to treat s customer..... every sale should be important even if it is small.... please make sure the people behind your sales counters are willing to help and eager tomake a sale....
We ordered From Allister, when it was delivered ir was not what we wanted. It was sent back and Allister went above and beyond to give us what we were satisfied with. Thank you. You have customers for life
I love shopping here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the quality of their deli food is incredible and the biltong is high quality. They go above and beyond to make you shopping experience with them pleasant and worthwhile. Their selection of household maintenance items also makes it convenient for a one stop shop, so overall its a great place to go to get what you need.
Beware of this place, bought wood there some time ago, they arrived most of them in good shape. This is what their "treated" wood looks like after about a month. Crooked and sagging, wasted ALOT of money at Noags. Rather buy somewhere else!
There is a hidden gem of a restaurant here. Prices are very reasonable, service is absolutely amazing, food is great and a lot of variety! They also have a lovely selection of crafts for you to purchase. We'll worth a visit!
This place has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff makes you feel like family. Thanks for the quality products and the tasty coffee after shopping.
I has the most amazing experience with Noags. I ordered a new weber, made a mistake on the online order but no problem - Eugene handled everything and 2 days later my Weber arrived - with smiles and willingness to lend a hand getting it inside etc. Its not often anymore one gets such great customer service - what a pleasure. I then couldn't construct the Weber and yet again Eugen offered his hand. Well done Noags - i will certainly be using you again and highly recommend the amazing kind and caring attitude of all their staff!
Great range of DIY Products. They also have everything you will need to build a laapa as well as Braai area. They don't have many power tools however it does look like something is happening, like a refresh. They have a large parking area and helpful staff.
