Nogana Events and Decor

It's was an absolute nightmare. Event was supposed to start at 12pm, their team arrived at 12:31pm to set up. We had to literally delay the party by 3hours. Let's not even get to the fact that we had to keep calling them to find out why they haven't arrived yet. The whole experience wasn't pleasant. We were really disappointed, especially because they made such a good impression when we went to book the deco.

Second time hiring furniture and Décor from this team. Delivered everything on time and were very accommodating. Dealt with Jonathan and he was very lovely and understanding. Great service

Received amazing service from them. Fast friendly and efficient, cheap to boot as well. Had a problem with the plug of the jumping castle called them and within 30 minutes they were at my place and it was sorted. Had no issues with delivery or collection or getting my deposit back. You guys rock everytim I use you. Keep up the good work.

Venue setup and decor was lovely. Only sad how careless they were towards the planning and actually communicating to their client. Our contract included a smoke machine which was the highlight of the evening. This machine was not delivered - no warning, refund or anything. The only thing we received when asking about this, was a very bad attitude.

These people are a joke. They said they would deliver the decor at 3pm and by 8pm they still had not arrived. Ricardo called us and instead of offering apologies or anything helpful, he was rude. If you are in the mood for excuses, tardiness and just generally a bad experience these are the guys to call.

The equipment we hired was in good condition. Their customer service is also very good, professional yet friendly. I'd recommend JNH events to anyone that plans on hosting an event.

Disappointing service after trying to give a small business work during COVID times. Communication was extremely poor with me having to follow up several times just to get a response, incorrect items delivered for event, only for them to get it wrong when trying to replace those items on day of the event. Over and above, despite the inconvenience caused by the company, they disputed returning the correct refundable amount. Will not use them again and I caution others against using them as well.
