Noordwyk Primary School

It's one of the most horrible school to take your child to. Most do take because of financial limitations. There's nothing good I can say about it, if there was 0 star I'd have picked it. My daughter always tells me some shocking things that happens there, like recently the class teacher asked them to pick up garbage and put in their school bags, to throw at home! What on earth is that? Their teachers are celebrities that aren't accessible, no whatsap group for classes like other schools. They have some excuse that parents complain of data usage. They are the most disorganized people, disorganizing parents in turn! A teacher will wake up and decide to give a project that's due next day. One teacher will tell learners they're done tith term work they can stay home and when you call school to confirm, one says there's no such! The principal is not emotionally intelligent, I've heard how she deals with naughty kids, she's not qualified to deal with such kids. It's a bad school. I can never finish to write about our experience, right from Jan till now...

My niece started grade 1 here and this year is her 3rd year but there is no progress in her reading because there are no activities given to her as homework, class work books are not checked regularly and in general I believe the kids are not given attention and time because it's been two months now since I enrolled her to an educational program and there is progress. As a parent I believe my work is to assist the teachers in my child's academics not to teach because that is not my profession and the environment I am in is not the one for kids to focus and understand compared to the one at school. I don't know if I should say it's the educational system or the people and environment.

Noordwyk primary is an amazing school, The teachers and principal goes over extra miles to care and love our kids, They really give their best to our kid's, We should be thankful of their love and support.... Thank you God bless Kind regards Mrs T Ambrose
