NAPDI is a non-profit trust that was established in 2009 as a non-political, volunteer-driven civil society initiative comprising private individuals, activists, professionals and community workers that, in partnership with the non-profit sector, government and other stakeholders aims to "co-create a renewed and caring civil society through volunteerism that makes a difference."
NAPDI's main objects are a) To be A Voice within the Community, b) An Enabler of community empowerment, c) Mobilizer of people and resources, d) A Catalyst for change
