Tommy and Nathan are very helpful. They sorted out my problem and Tommy was so helpful as to assist us the whole time and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.
1st floor, facing the parking lot. Access via external stairs or lift/escultor, off to right in mall center, walk/roll toward passage over-looking parking area. The staff are all helpful, and attend to you quckly. BYM's bright young men they know their stuff & can help with hardware problems, upgrades & software. Their workshop is manned by a capable technician who is pleasant & eager to make things better, faster, more accessible. Overall, for a business run by young people, unsupervised, this place is at the level many businesses will never attain. The owners are extremely fortunate to have staff like them. Then again, the staff are fortunate to have this business owner, who stocks them well & provides all the tools they need to shine with. Great!

Fast and efficient service - Well informed staff
They quote me R250 -- R300 to replace my hard drive case and end up charging me R550. Management won't do anything. Very unprofessional.

Open on Sundays till 8pm. Great for so.e school projects.
