Northridge Park

Those flats were not suppose to be there first place. I wonder which construction company built them and who surveyed the place that it passed all the test neccessary for it to be proved fit. How can such a large building of flats have such few pipes for sewerage? It has destroyed Upton Place and nearly took peoples lives.

really bad, a few days ago the children from north ridge park came into my neighbors yard and looks like they were trying to steel. when i went to the supervisor he said nothing he could do, when i went to security they said nothing they can do. i would never stay there, the place is falling apart, i was going to say all the flats have cracks on them but as i have not seen all the flats i cant say that, but warning before you buy or rent from north ridge park get a builder and if possible a building inspector and plumber out to inspect. sorry tho lowest was 1 star. there poor construction and small sewerage pipes which is only 110mm that supplied the whole of northridge park has been flooding upton place for the last few years and no one took responsibility, if there were people in the two outbuildings at the time there pipes collapsed the people would have been dead, they almost killed a mother and her baby when it collapsed. please people of upton and hayhurst please help with reviews but be honest about your reviews. i don't like walking or driving in raw sewerage

Northridge park the flats from hell, and their supervisor and body corporate so arrogant, thanks to nortridge park I am now homeless , my family had to go rent because of the damage caused by your stormwater and sewerage pipes, to think we have beeb complaining about the same problem for almost 5 years and yet you have the nerve to tell us that its not your fault. Even now when you are busy quick fixing the ones that fell down you leave the pipes open so that the water can come straight to our yards, your day will come

This conplex have security guard at the entrance,making it a safe place to live with your family

How can they build flats in such a bad area. Till now they haven't done anything for the residents who were affected by the rain. Yet they are so expensive

It's a very quiet Complex however it needs tighter security and to be newly painted

True those flats are horrible place now trying to destroy them when they do so our houses are shaking even windows make noise like they going to brake I wonder who said those flats are right

I live in Westwood Gardens , that's across Northridge Park, if you didn't notice I know a few people who live a Northridge Park.

Place is untidy and lacking in security. Make sure your car is very locked.
