I bought a car almost a month ago, they came and deliver it with a broken handle, 1 month later, Im still waiting 4 da handle to be fixed. I have to do enquiries and follow ups all the time, sales agent doesn't bother, had the same experience just to get the paperwork to get the car licenced. Poor service delivery, I won't recommend them

Salesperson - Clarence was very helpful. Only reason not for giving 5 stars is that I wanted to trade in my Suzuki Jimny for a larger vehicle but other non suzuki dealerships in Bloemfontein offered me more for my Jimny than NTT suzuki did.

Been having issues with my car since i brought it...been in to be fixed 5 or 6 times within a year.they say nothing is wrong and they have stripped everything..i need to change tyres now and i can see my left wheel is wearing down faster then my right side.no one seems to care as the DM is suppose to come to Bloemfontein and drive with me..still waiting on this..thinking of mailing suzuki japan to complain about SUZUKI SA.
