I recently had an amazing experience purchasing a car for my mom at NTT Toyota Delmas. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making the car-buying experience enjoyable and memorable. Lee-Ann Jordaan, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, helped me find the perfect car, and answered all of my questions in a thorough and straightforward manner. It was such a joy interacting with her! What's even more impressive is that the exceptional service didn't stop there. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Tanya Prinsloo and Morné Brandt regarding an issue with my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, which I did not even purchase from them. Despite this, they went above and beyond to help me, treating me with super friendliness and helpfulness. They took the time to go through my car, as if I had bought it from them, and even offered to help me sort out an issue that I had been told previously could not be resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend NTT Toyota Delmas to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The staff truly care about their customers and provide excellent service, from the sales department to the service department. Parts generally have to be ordered, staff assistance OK, have seen better

The service assistants are operating like thugs... They do odd jobs in our cars without consulting us so they force us to pay services we didn't request. It is unfair and it's actually theft because you're forced to pay

Exceptional Exceptional Exceptional Service!!!!!!! I cannot reiterate this enough, Morne Brandt and his assistant, Tutula Nhantsi were phenomenal in providing the best service ever. They kept me updated on a regular basis, Morne went way and above out of his way to get me the vehicle that I wanted, he kept his promise from day one! I went through a few Toyota dealers, Morne from NTT was the only one that went the extra mile. I highly recommend NTT Delmas, my car was delivered on the exact day that was promised from day one! THANK YOU so much to a great team, I so appreciate every effort that was made to make this possible. Don't waste your time with other Toyota dealers, NTT Toyota is the BEST!!!

Initially I rated the service are perfect which was immediately after the purchase. However, the car I purchased is gave me problems from year 2 and I when I contacted them they cited wear and tear. I replaced clutch, which is totally acceptable as wear and tear; but going to suspension and vibrating car is something else. They made me afraid of second hand cars. The car has so many problesm that some I don't even know how to fix. I doubt I will ever in my life recommend anyone to them after the bad experience. Nothing was said about the car having issues but one could tell that it had issues they knew about and hid.

Drove all the way there from JHB to see if I can purchase a Toyota Urban Cruiser for my mom because the price was tempting only to find that when they send my application for finance, they have added all these extras which I said I do not want, will not pay for and they can remove. All this done to get the price up... Not sure if I did not fit the criteria of the people who qualified for the advertised price. I had also clearly stated to this sales lady not to send for finance until we agreed on the final price but she comes back to say her boss instructed her to do so. I'm annoyed with this dealership!!!
