Good service, great seating arrangements. Like the catering arrangements and waiting area. The most western parking area is be best to use as this gives direct access. Movies adjacent to the theater and not too far from restuarants. The prive card and automated ticket system works well.
This is one of their VIP cinemas, and it is a very relaxing experience to lie in a reclining chair while watching a movie! The theatre is relatively small, not to many people, which I liked. We did not buy any refreshments, so I cannot comment in that regard. For a treat every now and then, I would recommend it, as the tickets are more expensive than normal.

First of all the service from the staff is absolutely horrible. Half of the tills isn't working. You order a combo then they do not have the items in that combo. Then you are forced to take a combo R30 more expensive than the one you want. The popcorn is as stale as my old socks. When I wanted to use my points which I stated from the start the cashier tells me she already rung up everything and can't cancel it because the supervisor is on lunch. Very disappointed. If going to the movies was a bit cheaper I would think the service could be so bad but you pay a fortune to go to the movies and surely the service could then be exceptional but no it is very very very bad!!!!! The cinemas and the service does not suit each other at all.
I've been a loyal customer here for about three years now, and it was my go to movie theater. Recently, standards have slipped significantly. In the past 3 months we've seen two 3D movies in which the projection was out of focus. The first time this happened, they corrected the issue after a few minutes and restarted the movie. The most recent time, the manager literally stood next to me and a group of unhappy customers and tried to convince us that the movie was in focus. He then told us the projectionist would resolve the issue and restart the movie. Neither happened. All of this on top of the air conditioning not working. I eventually left the film and received a refund, which is the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one. It's a pity, as this used to be one of my favorite theaters in Pretoria. After this most recent experience of both poor technical execution and even worse customer service, I see no reason to return.
Very comfy, spacious new and clean leather seats. Super reasonably priced with only R120 for a VIP theatre. Small theatre so maybe not best for large groups but perfect for small. There are no signs for the theatre in the mall which is odd... But I eventually found them by asking shop owners... It's above Pick n Pay btw ... Ticketing is all through machines... We actually wanted a person to assist us but there was no one available. Popcorn took quite long so factor that in to your movie time, haha! Otherwise... Nice new place!
Great theater, but staff are not friendly or respectful to customers, lots of the self serve ticket machines are also in very poor condition. Cleaning staff do a good job which is very important to me, especially with the amount of people using the theater seats.
I have been a patron of this movie house for a long time and it has always been a pleasure to come to Parkview Nu Metro. The reward system is actually value for money. The service is great and the food and drinks are fantastic. It's like watching a movie in the comfort of your own home only it's better than that. You get your food and drinks delivered exactly when you asked for it to arrive and you don't have to do any dishes afterwards. What a pleasure.
Experience is lovely. Pity that the movie selection is so limited. Very seldom are there movies which cater for those who want to enjoy a story drama, comedy, romance;movie goers who are not kids, teenagers or adult kids.
I went for the 1st time to see Avengers endgame opening night. Movie Im crazy about 3K. Loved the VIP setting . Not giving a 5 star coz the screen was too small. Especially for a 3d viewing. But overall, great reception and experience.
