Nu Metro Menlyn Park

Got lost and was late for our movie. Already booked and paid for seats the prior day. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Manager helped us to move our time to the next slot without losing any money! Thank you so much!

I purchased a VIP ticket for the Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and so regret wasting my money at Menlyn Park Nu Metro. The screen was sooooo dark and blurry...could hardly see what was going on. Do better Nu Metro!!!

Had a horrible experience watch Gardian of the Galaxy 3 in 4DX. The cinema was extremely dirty with our shoes sticking to the floor and the seats are not just stained, the old messes is still stuck to it. The movie screen was so dark we could barely see what's happening and the movie was cropped to the screen ruining all the 3D effects. Really disappointed after paying R390 for the 2 tickets. Mentioned this to the lady at the front that asked if we enjoyed the movie and her response was next time they will do better...will not waste so much money again

Terrible service at the kiosk. My kids were so excited for the slushies, only to be told that they just opened and can't serve them yet switcth your machines on earlier. The lady that served us, was very rude and took so long to serve us that we missed the start of the movie. The spot where we usually spice our popcorn was so dirty, the floors were sticky and the bathrooms a disgrace. When I complained about this, I was told that they had a very busy weekend and the staff is tired.

Staff is so angry when you produce your ticket you could swear you are their to ask for a discount or something.Besides the few rotten apples,my family and i had a blast.

Great customer service, no long queues. The 2D seats are not really comfortable, unlike the other Nu metro branches.

The popcorn combos were expensive for what you got and they couldn't provide us with much options. We could not get slushies, any sweet besides jelly babies and wine gums and flavouring for the popcorn was limited to two options. This all because they ran out of stock on everything. Very poor experience and not worth the money.

Cinema was good. Service was rubbish. Was told to move to a different line by an employee and then made to wait ages longer than if I just stayed in my line. I get to the front and the lady decides to serve someone else who she said was there first. when she finally got to me she took ridiculously long to give me just 2 pairs of 3D glasses

It was okay, we had movie coupons but you can't redeem it at all cinemas but it doesn't say that on the coupon. Got quite the run around and inconvenience. The cinema seating is strange and congested. People talk a lot during the which is very annoying. I will stick to Sterkinor,

Great service but very expensive. The 4dx was out of this world. I would recommend it to people.
