Efficient system going on. I love that they have gone cashless. Clean place.

No aircon on a really hot day, had to turn back and request a refund.  Second time I arrive at a theatre here when all services not operational.  I don't think I am going to try again...

The experience was quiet nice, the seats very comfortable and the resolution of the movie was great and the sound, great. The staff was very friendly, informative and patient.

Still a great way to spend an afternoon of adventures with the kids, with slushies and popcorn, and with your feet up!

Gosh such a terrible experience. Filthy and smelly sits. The AC wasn't working, the theatre smelt like urine and mold. The sound was soo bad. Then the colour of the screen was drak blue and obviously during the night scenes could rarely see.  This cinema has deteriorated and needs an upgrade. Definitely wouldn't come back here ever again, infact remembered why I never come here to begging with.

Second time at Brooklyn that the aircons are not working - a very unpleasant experience to sit in this heat without aircons

They didn't have the bucket for the popcorn they gave it in brown paper bags

In this times of load shedding you should really consider getting a generator,the popcorn was also a bit dry could be that it was not warmed up during load shedding but other than those it is a great place and the staff is also good.I recommend

Always enjoy going there, service is the best, professional staff and clean theatre

The cinema does not have a power generator so there is no electricity during load shedding. After load shedding it also takes a while approximately 15 mins for the cinema to get everything back on track. Therefore customers should take this into account and rather book tickets online during a time slot without load shedding. The popcorn also takes about 20 mins before it is ready after load shedding. Other than that we had an enjoyable experience.
