Pretoria Central, Princess Park Heights

Well i did not enjoy staying here ,the building management should increase their service delivery ,the place most of the time is dirty,and at the main entrance there's no Security during the day ,their lift or i should call it an elevator is always stucked , I stayed for 10 months here. I'm currently living at this block of flats very decent and delicate for 3 people its neat and tidy and the caretakers are always very friendly but hey the cost is high you 6k per month but I understand it's in the cbd

Didn't stay long.. But place looks just fine

The building is clean as it is looked after and it deserves the OK ranking status.

This complex is filthy, and it's all because of the tenant's that are letting.

Nice place to stay for beginners.

With cafe/shops underneath the flats, it is all smelly, and lifts never work...

The worst service from the management and maintenance but spacious flats

It's a well planed place for every one
