The wifi is slow, goes off at random times. When we first got them they didn't charge call out fees. All of a sudden they charge fees of R790 more than the monthly fee we pay. We must pay 790 for an issue they didn't even fix the first time we complained. Worst ever I'm not going to renew my contract.

By far the worst internet provider in Kimberley. Internet is always slow and is constantly off or disconnecting . Only use them as a last resort when nothing else is available in your area.

Worst ever last week my internet says everytime no internet access

I don't recommend this company ,Why? Have alot of issues with it,Slow speeds , internet cutting out.On Facebook someone asked what internet company ,I replied not nugen .Was called and said to remove the reply and said im "Miss using" the internet and don't know what the contract states,but internet speeds was low before being throttled.Save your time and money and go to another place

Internet connection off randomly... you simply can't get hold of this bloody company after hours... especially on weekends. What a waste of a communications company.

Wifi always slow... Or under maintanance... When asked to fix problem you wait 6 years just to hear "how is it now ?" and geuss what... still the same as last time....

Must say awesome staff. Theresa is a darling and always willing to help.
