Ocean Basket Blouberg

Every Ocean Basket experience is different, but I have to say. Bloubergstrand Ocean Basket is Literally the best! The staff was friendly, they were extremely hands on & easily accessible if you needed help. The food was great as always, but BLOUBERGSTRAND definitely takes the cake.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration here and our lady was super helpful with upwelling me the prawns and the wine. We enjoy every minute of our visit here and loved the ambiance in the store. The toilets were super clean and fresh.Recommended dishesPrawns Calamari and Chips

Myself and my wife went for dinner and had the most amazing waitress, she was bubbly and fun and her quirky remarks made for an amazing time during our dinner. The food was amazing as always and we will always be back and hopefully get our bubbly waitress again. The manager checked on us twice and this OB will keep florishing as it always has Vegetarian options: Vegitarian sushi and salads are offered Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and all nessisary access for people that are handicapped.

*update* Had a delicious sushi date night with my husband and I was once again impressed with the service, atmosphere and how fresh the sushi was. Such a lovely evening celebrating my mom's birthday at the Blouberg Ocean Basket. The restaurant was clean and they followed the necessary protocols. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and stunning views of Table Mountain and watching the sunset over the ocean was just the cherry on the cake. We will definitely be coming back soon. There was 15 of us, no one complained about their food. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the Mediterranean pawns, that I have eaten at other restaurants, I wasn't too keen on the sauce and most of the head had come away from the prawn.Food: 3/5

We have been eating here for years and last Friday popped in for a simple fish n chips supper. The fish was beautifully cooked, super fresh with the usual light batter. We continue to be pleased visiting this branch of OB. Special mention must go to Lindy, our waitress - she was absolutely brilliant and even offered us extremely wise words as we were leaving.

Visited this outlet twice in a week, both times we had fresh food. Ordered Bite of the ocean, Prawn platter and Fish and chips Staff was friendly. Today we found a new menu and new prices ca 5-10ZAR increase. I tried the Hake wrap with chips. Good quality food. Sadly no outdoor seating.

Enjoying the Family seafood platter is truly captivating. A massive pan grace the table filled with absolute yummy morsels of seafood, chips and rice that 5-6 people can enjoy. This restaurant is a great outing for a family. You are greeted by warm, friendly staff and recieve impeccable service. I have been to different Ocean Basket restaurants, but this restaurant tops them all. It is a must visit for young and old. Thanks for a great experience.

We love Ocean Basket. Yes. We're biased because we love good seafood. The waiting staff were magnificent. We had a super guy taking care of our table and it was a big table of 12 people. Food came out on time. Meals came out at the same time. The quality of the food was excellent. If you want to have a memorable experience, go there. You will not be disappointed.

My fiancé loves the food, I try to eat it too, but I am allergic. I just indulge with the sushi. Really value for money Would go again Food: 5/5
