Ocean basket - Galleria

My Fiancée and I were in the mood for seafood and decided go out for the night. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Kevin who was extremely friendly and helpful. He proceeded to serve us enthusiastically throughout the evening. The food was delicious and fresh as always. Upon leaving, the staff were also kind enough to assist with change for my parking ticket which was greatly appreciated. The friendly staff and amazing food made this a delightful experience. We look forward to our next visit!

Great Experience, I visited Ocean Basket today and have to say it was a great overall experience. The waiter was polite and friendly. The food was good, I had Oysters for starters it was nice and fresh on the small size but good, for main was prawns was great, compliments to the chef. The atmosphere was not tense even though it was a bit busy. I will recommend and visit again.

I had the calamari and kingklip combo, it was one of the best prepared calamari dish I've had. The rice however was a little dried up. I like the menu which had a decent print size so I didn't need to use my spectacles. I definitely recommend this branch Vegetarian options: My wife enjoyed the battered fried Zucchini

We were attended to on arrival with a warm friendly face in Theresa. She was efficient and had a good sense of humor. She served us with a smile and was always at our beck and call. Old people call waiters more than your normal clientele. Thanks for a pleasant afternoon. Food was also well prepared and served promptly.

I went back here after a very long time. My previous visit was not too great. But this time, the food was excellent and the waiter was friendly. It is worth mentioning that I went while the restaurant was quiet so I didn’t need to wait too long.

We visited on the 29th of October, im not sure what was really going on in the kitchen but our food took about 1 and a half hours to get to our table and it was not even that busy. our waiter just kept saying 5 mins more everytime he walked passed. we were planning on just paying for the drinks and leaving to go have supper somewhere else!! They were also messing up everyone's doggy bags, the waitress had to open each doggy bag and ask the customers which one belongs to them, that's just pathetic to think that you could be taking home someone elses left overs!!! Won't be back here.

Lovely Service and very good food! Haven’t had a meal that yummy in a long time. Compliments to staff and kitchen.

Was given menu waited so long while they were empty not busy to have my order taken ended up going opposite busier restaurant circus circus and got excellent service thereService: 1/5

My go to for sushi. Staff are pleasant and kind. I usually go for the Fusion Crunch Platter because it has a South African twist and is great value for money. Because of COVID restrictions, I order my sushi as a take away and the packaging is decent, make sure to handle with care though.
