Durban Pride Lounge

There is nothing I can complain about, our food was perfectly cooked, the atmosphere is equal to that of a 5 star restaurant! The waitress and staff attended to our needs perfectly, they were very professional and more than we expected, even for a restaurant worthy of 5 stars. Our food was prepared in front of us, and everything was simply perfect! Definitely worth a visit!

It's no wonder we're the only patrons in the restaurant. First off, the waitress we had was absolutely clueless. She just left the table after taking half the orders and ended up getting my order COMPLETELY wrong, not just a small mistake, a whole other menu item... What a horrible experience. All we wanted was a quiet lunch. Ended up wasting an hour of our lives.

Bad service. We ordered breakfast and coffee. After 10 minutes of placing order we were asked if we want brown toast or white toast and that there was no apple juice as ordered. Still waiting for our coffee...the waitress came back to tell us that they don't have the breakfast we ordered, we changed our order. After 20 minutes and still no coffee...the waitress came to us and said there is no cream for our coffee. ABSOLUTELY furious, and a waste of our time sitting there for almost 30 minutes!!!!!!!

Beautiful place and affordable prizes but yooooo food service poor poor it's embarrassing, Manager - girl you must sort out your attitude, the fact that you guys didn't have what we ordered was not our fault, please stock your kitchen, waitress you were the best Cc after all the things that were said to you, you kept on smilling keep up the good work. I loved the venue and I promise to come back again as long as I will be allowed to order platters from the outside and buys drinks only from DP. I would suggest you guys can just charge for the venue let's say maybe R150 per hour you can still make money out of that, that also can be optional. If customers want to order from outside then charge them for the venue. Just an opinion.

Same Love Toti met with a group in their business lounge. It was a great experience with warm and friendly staff. Will definitely be utilising this space in future!

Good food and good service but I couldn't tip because I was swipping problem is, its quiet. The place has alot of potential.

This place has all the luxury you need . The prices are incredibly cheap and the food is Devine. They have WiFi , cooking entertainment, wines, seafood, couches, business sections and TVs . It is all you would want in a luxury restaurant.

Fantastic service and food. Each time we've been there it's better than the last.

Best affordable restaurant in Galleria. Their curry is tasty and fresh bunny chow.I enjoyed it

"Double Cheese Beef Burger" tastes straight out of an I&j beef burger box, could have eaten at home.
