Scammers when you want to cancel they send your from pillar to post I regret the day I said yes to them. Their staff is very unprofessional over the phone. My policy with them still hasn't been canceled. Their service is very very bad

Absolute money thieves. Started debt review in 2013 they did not submit documents to court. in 2015 they said they "lost" the documents. My repayment was R4700 then they decided to make it R6500 a month and increase it by R400 - R600 each year. They charged fee for themself and hyperion which was about R400 a month. My bond was originally R530 000 but then it became R636 000. I tried to cancel and they told me I can "never" get out of debt review. Luckily in 2020 I advised them I had been retrenched and they said I cant be under debt review anymore. That was the best thing that ever happened. Was with them for 10 years and was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life, by voluntarily going under debt review. They caused me more pain and made my debts worse and they increased because I was apparently on a cascading debt. Which no one told me about, most places the repayment gets less not more. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely the best debt company that every existed, Old mutual made a great decision by partnering with them.

The worst Debt company. They skip payment, but take your money. My account with draw from them. Now I have to pay my account and the debt review.  It's my problem now. Won't recommend Octogen to anybody. Biggest mistake I made.  If you can use somebody else.

I was handed over after reporting unemployment with proof. Then charged 250 thereafter assistant saying it's octogen services charges what services while accounts phone me everyday??. Now i have accounts on my neck plus octogen. Worse i got the job earning less than before but debt being more thanks to octogen

Am sorry guys to those of you who experienced bad service with octogen I was with them for few years and believe me when I say the process was good and I managed to pay off all the outstanding amount owing with no hustle.

The worst company ever they take our details from other companies an blacklist us ... Scam Company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELLISH INCOMPETENT COMPANY. The only reason that they have a good rating is because they made their own staff do google reviews.
