Wow the quality of service is so great. The workshop is very neat and clean. Thanks to insurance for taking the car to this place.. It's like nothing happened to the car..

I just love how the personnel makes you feel when you walk in and I  get even more overjoyed when I see how they repaired my vehicle. Their service is of the highest standard and their workmanship equals that. I will certainly be making use of their services for my second vehicle that need some repairs. I highly recommend them; my experience with them was pleasant on all 4 occasions I visited them. They proved to be  consistent in the way they treat their customers. A big thank you guys, keep up the good work, you are making a difference!!!

OFS Smart Building made an impression on arrival. Friendly reception, thereon also by Evaluator Lee Booyse, assisted with our quotation. Friendly Staff offering best tasting Coffee while waiting. Promises and ensurance of good service thereafter paid off during constant updating our EU Broker of their progress. We never spoke a word with our Santam Insurance, neither OFS during repair period. All communications were done between our EU Broker and The Company, and finished off within the planned/said period, as a new car ! Thanks to my Broker Me Meagyn and all staff of OFS Smart Repair ! Firstly, greeted warmly by very friendly staff. Great customer service. They also really have a beautiful shop. Put all these things together and you've got a really great shop. I also like the fact on how quick and organised they are

OFS repairs do not take 3rd party or cash-paying clients. They do however have another partner they can refer you to.

Amazing service! They constantly keep you updated about your vehicle. Super friendly staff! Their premises are so modern, you wouldn’t even think you’re at a panel beater. I can see that they pride themselves on the way they treat their clients and it clearly shows. My car came out looking better than it did when I bought it. Would highly recommend this place!

The Best Guys in town  super professional and efficient.

This is a great place with highest level of good workmanship. Their professionalism is such that you look forward to doing business with them. After repairs of my Volvo XC60, I was informed step by step of everything that was done to repair my car. You'd love waiting in their reception with that aroma of cappuccino right there, which gets offered...for free. Their doormat has a very welcoming message that tell you, they've got you....considering you're there to repair your damaged car body. I loved that.

OFS Smart Repairs is one of the best. My new look car says it all. I recommend them to all car owners who wush to revamp and get their cars in shape

OFS Smart Repair certainly lived up to their slogan of “it’s okay”. From start to finish they made the whole repair process seem less tedious and time consuming. From Lee’s quick and accurate assessment of the damage to the warm and friendly reception from Kimley, I sensed a drive for effiency. Suné and Lieben kept me up to date on the progress and costs involved. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Koos had no problem with fixing the alignment on the fender I wasn’t satisfied with. Oh, and the cappucino from Jack & Jill was an added bonus! I appreciate the service I received from Gysie and his team and will recommend them any time.
