I took an Audi A4 2.0 TDI in for repairs, suspension and lack of power - turbo not kicking in. After a month it was still not fixed and I phoned Hannes and said that I was collecting the car, every week there was a different story around the turbo lack of power issue If you cold start, it will have power for the first 700 - 800 meters and then NOTHING. "Test drive" I was taken on was within this range..... An amount of R22083, of which R12500 on the turbo was charged. Well the car still has no power turbo boost, they " have tried everything", turbo replaced, vacuum pipes, call a friend, you name it I still had to pay though. When I collected the car the interior on the driver side as well as the carpet was full of greasy hand and foot marks, the outside was also full of greasy finger marks. The paint was also scratched on the fender, the bonnet and bumper Full respray was done just over a month before it was taken to them for repairs The next day when I opened the bonnet I noticed that the engine cover was missing, as it was not put back by the shop. I contacted the owner and was told that it was there, so I went there to fetch it myself. A day or 2 later I noticed that the air intake pipe was also missing. The bumper was loose and missing screws and I had to refit new screws, so was the airbox above the turbo, which I also reattached. I sent a w/a message to the owner enquiring about the missing air inlet pipe, to which he only responded last week Thursday by saying " he will look for it on Friday", well it's Friday again and despite the fact that I sent hom a w/a this morning enquiring about the pipe, NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED. I also requested proof of the alledged 1 year gaurentee that I was supposed to get on the Turbo, well NO REPLY. Never have I received such poor service. If they EVER see me again, it would be too soon.

Friendly and prompt service, no complaints here. Edit - seems my good experience was a once off, the place is heavily overpriced. If you find yourself without a spanner and ask them to borrow you one for 10 seconds they will charge you for a full hour labor amounting to almost 300 bucks. Return business is NOT their focus.

Took my kar in as the exhaust was making a noise. Quoted me R900 that was including discount to replace the "box". Knew something did not add up, and went to Speedy around the corner. Paid them R480 and the problem was fixed for almost half the price...

The Quick Fit team in Bloemfontein are the best - absolutely fantastic! We were on the second day of a ten day 'road trip' from Cape Town, taking in the Drakensberg and much else, when our normally very reliable 14 year old Ford Territory developed a problem with the front near side brake callipers. Ford were unable to help as parts for the Territory are no longer available in SA!! But the local Ford garage phoned ahead and sent us to Quick Fit. From the moment we turned up they could not have been more helpful, even going around local scrap yards looking for suitable replacement parts. In the end we hired another vehicle to continue with our 'road trip' and left the Territory with Quick Fit, they simply said "go enjoy your holiday and we will fix your car" and they did. We are now safely back in Cape Town. A massive 'thank you' to all those staff in Bloem who are simply the best. Mike and Chris Salter

I recently booked my car in, for brake pads replacement. It was then delivered to my office. I couldn't believe that their staff member had the guards to smoke in my car. It took hours for the bad smell to disappear. I still regret taking my car to them.
