The food is amazing, only problem is that it's always crowded but it's nice ey plus the viewFood: 5/5
This is the only Spur in Bloemfontein where I have REPEATEDLY received poor service. I can recall 2 occasions where the service was impeccably slow, waiting over 15 minutes JUST for a waiter to attend to my table after I enter the restaurant, to take my order. Furthermore, the last time I went I waited at the door to be given a table and literally NOBODY came. The waitresses, waiters AND chefs saw me while I was standing outside the door and they just looked at me, clearly not in the mood that day to do their job. I left embarrassed and appalled for having stood at the door for minutes and not a single person attended to me. That was the final straw for me. The only worth visiting this restaurant is the view but don’t expect good service.
We always have a wonderful time at this Spur. Food is very yummy. Our waitress, Karabo, was super pleasant and friendly! She provided wonderful service and even suggested a new drink to try. We very much enjoyed our visit and will be back.
I love the food, and service depends on your waiter. The managers are always nice though. The play area is tiny, very tiny woth just video games and a table with crayons. The cleaning lady was such a sweetheart Food: 4/5
The food was good but the waitress called lerato was nothing but rude to us. I had to stand up and call her to come and give us the bill , she kept on serving other people instead of giving us bill imagine waiting 30 minutes for a bill. When she came to give us bill she gave us bad attitude and talked to us rudely She doesn’t deserve this job
We had a great meal here, the staff were friendly, especially our waitress, Thando. The service was excellent as well as the food. I would highly recommend this Spur branch
We enjoyed a sumpcious lunch and the Selina, the waitress was attentive and caring. The calamari strips were tender and the veggies delicious. Will most certainly go back there.Food: 4/5
All these stars are for Ncu the waiter in Spur Falcon lake. Ive never seen someone so patient and kind. Her smile and voice made my day . Im satisfied. She made me feel at home!!! Dietary restrictions: Add more health options
Great service. Great food. The prices keep getting higher and higher but I guess we'll blame the economy
We enjoyed the food, they were fresh and hot even though they took a long time to serve us. Iyoo we were also disturbed by the fly throughout our stay but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves Food: 5/5
