aha Bloemfontein Hotel

The room was next to the bar over the entrance people were making noise until almost 12 at night. We had to personally go and ask to have them quite down so we may rest. The noise started up again about 4 in morning. the room was allocated towards the main road with a lot traffic. When enquiring if any other rooms are available the staff did not care and only said no other rooms are available. No effort was made by anyone so we booked into another place the next night rather than endure another sleepless night. upon booking out two days earlier no effort was even made by any staff member as to why we are unhappy and checking out earlier than we booked and have already payed.

The pics are almost correct, rooms look good but not as you'd hope. Seems that someone was rushing to get things done because there's just this element of incompleteness about this place. Food is alright though. All in all, I think the owners of this place need to properly evaluate the property. Rooms: Bathroom has no proper ventilation, aircon is outdated and there's no Netflix or Showmax... Safety: Could be better, security at the main gate allows everyone and anyone in who's driving. Big risk there...

It was a last minute budget booking but I had a good stay except for the snoring neighbour, that was very loud snoring. Breakfast was very good. But they can do with a bigger space for eating.Rooms: 3/5

I expect the room to be bigger but other than that . I had a great experience the shower was nice and big , the lounge very nice, and balcony beautiful ,they also had a breakfast buffet.Rooms: 4/5

Friendly staff. Strong free WiFi. Room had everything I needed. Had a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again.Rooms: 5/5

Had a 2 night stay over at Aha Bloemfontein, for work purposes and enjoyed my stay. The services and staff were excellent, efficient as well as friendly. The units were neat and tidy as expected and quite comfortable. The wifi was excellent as well. All and all, I'd recommend aha Bloemfontein to anyone staying over for a few days for work or pleasure. Unfortunately didn't have a chance to have a meal there, so hopefully I can update this review in the future should the opportunity come again.

Always friendly n welcoming receptionists to room service n kitchen staff, clean, fresh environment.

The service was really bad, staff had such an attitude. Place us in the wrong room to what we had booked. The shower had really bad black mould on the walls. After bringing it to there attention, and confirming the room size we had booked they had no choice but to move us. Not happy with this place a d won't be staying with them again.Rooms: 2/5

They don't have a backup plan for load shedding and the rooms don't have a mini fridge
