OK FOODS Stilfontein

The cashiers are extremely rude and when asked for small change at the purchase lied and said she does not have and when told I saw you have said I dont want to in my face. Being new to Stilfontein this is a shocker to me.Even though it was resolved by the manager it seems there is a culture of disrespect to customers by especially cashiers.

The staff especially cashiers are ill mannered they don't respect customers and made them look like food. They tell lies to customers and laugh at them. They totally disrespectful it's clear they do as they wish at risk supermarket and nothing happens to them.

Reasonable prices, especially brisket and short ribs

Great for veggies and fruits and the customer service is great as well.

Needs aome cleaning but overall a general supermarket

This place is open whenever I need to go shopping truly owners you can count on

Neat shop with good variety products and friendly staff. They must just do something about the roof that leak neer the entrance.

Friendly and helpful staff

Very poor service. Can't tell a person they ofline and make you stand around waiting for 15 to 30 min and u have to ask them the whole time for feedback. Really unprofessional.

Empty shelves, little stock to choose from. I had to walk into the bakery area to ask for bread, nothing on the shelves. Cashier are the most unfriendly, don't look up, don't greet, no please or thank you. I have not been there for 3 years, even though I stay close by. Now I remember why I don't go there.
